Process introduction and process parameters: The crude zinc that produced by zinc smelting generally contains 1% to 3% of impurities, among which bismuth, lead, indium, gallium, copper, tin, antimony and iron are lower than zinc and arsenic and cadmium are higher than zinc. In the process of evaporation or condensation of crude zinc dissolved with impurity metals, the metal with high vapor pressure will be more concentrated in the gas phase. Therefore, by controlling the appropriate evaporation and condensation temperatures, after multiple evaporations and condensations, the impurities in the crude zinc can be removed. The distillation is carried out under the condition of 1000-1200 ° C, and the zinc vapor is generated by the distillation. It is condensed in the condensation chamber to control the condensation condition of the zinc vapor to obtain high-purity distilled zinc powder.
